Wider Wire & Cable Co., Limited accepts returns of our products with full refund, exchange or store credits for wrong products (not corresponding to description upon order) and products with manufacturing defects only.

Here are the guidelines for return of products:

• The buyer must obtain a RMA number before returning products.
• Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date buyer received it.
• Any product returned must be in the same condition as received with the original packaging and receipt.
• Shipping and Handling is non-refundable, the shipping fee for the return of the products will be supported by the customer.
