Overview

PICkit 3 is a low cost programmer from a microchip. It allows you to program and debug PIC and dsPIC microcontrollers, using a graphical interface of the MPLAB Integrated Development Environment (IDE). 

MPLAB PICkit 3 is connected to the PC using high-speed USB and can be connected to the microprocessor with Microchip debug (RJ-11) (compatible with MPLAB ICD 2/3 and MPLAB REAL ICE) connector which uses two pins I / O and line reset circuit debugging implemented.
